About Morgan:

When I was in high school my dad was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This came as a huge shock to my entire family. At the same time, he also suffered with severe food intolerance’s which caused a serious case of candidiasis that attacked his organs. The combination of these two things was like the perfect storm and left him unable to speak for a period of time. The impact this had on my family caused us to reevaluate how we were managing our health. We immediately started implementing more natural ways to create a healthier lifestyle. Because of these changes, my dad is now cancer free.

At that time I learned that the key to staying fit and healthy was totally in my control.

Before

This is a picture of me when I was doing just cardio and didn’t really know the importance of exercising using my body weight along with getting an adequate amount of carbs and protein. It’s not that I was out of shape, I have always been active, but I wanted to find a way to build strength and tone muscle.

The funny thing about transformations is that people only see whats on the outside. Back in 2014 I was the smallest I have ever been because I was going through the hardest break up of my life. I became obsessed with HIIT training and started lifting some but I had no appetite and I was over working and over exercising myself in order to not feel pain.

Once I got certified as a personal trainer and started working at a gym, I found my true love for weight lifting. Most people would not understand the thrill that others feel when they realize their physical strengths. It’s something that has become addicting to me. What started as a way to relieve stress has turned into an undying passion. This did not come over night, it is still a process and it takes consistency above anything else. I have had to push myself mentally and physically but I’m here to prove that with trial and error, research, and discipline, anything is possible!

Working at a gym and knowing a couple people that compete on stage, I decided to give a bikini competition a try. As I got further in, suddenly I began to realize that I was doing this all for the wrong reasons, and solely to reach a goal that wasn’t even my dream. All the progress I was making before started to deteriorate and seeing where my stage weight was headed seemed like another huge setback. It all started to feel very artificial for me, exclusively being judged 100% on how you look and walk by a certain set of judges and how they feel on that day wasn’t what motivated me to workout. Although I see how it can be for some people, and I have the utmost respect for them going through this. The girl I had to be on stage was not me and nothing felt like it flowed. I started prepping about 10 weeks out and this is a picture of me 3 weeks out when I decided to step away before splurging even more money on the finalization’s (because most people don’t realize how expensive it actually is). You don’t get where you want to be by hating the journey every step of the way. You have to do this for yourself, or else you will lose the fuse that kept you going and you will not be successful.

As you can see from the pictures above I have been through many stages! I know what it’s like to eat 6/7X a day, weighing all your portions…going in for morning cardio and coming back to the gym later for a lift. I know what it’s like to turn down drinks with friends, or that burger and wings while you’re out watching the game (or UFC fight 🙂 ) It took years to find a happy medium and come to the realization that most of these fitspo models we compare ourselves to are using tons of unnatural supplements or anabolics to make them reach a look that is unattainable naturally.

I’m here to say you don’t need any of those bs supplements. I do not and have not taken any fat burners, pre-workouts etc. I Now eat 4-5 times a day. I usually workout 5 times a week and I enjoy food/drinks that I love within moderation.

My journey has led me to a place where I want to motivate people to push past their comfort zone and create a strong and healthy lifestyle. I want to help you eliminate the guess work and confusion around fitness so that you don’t have to make the same mistakes that I did. Let me help you build a better you!
